Summary:
The goal of this thesis is to create overclocking profiles for DRAMs of various manufacturers on real hardware and analyze them with regard to their stability.
For this purpose, the overclocking profiles given by the manufacturer are to be optimized and simulated first using the DRAMsys simulator.
Furthermore, the different profiles are to be evaluated concerning their performance and energy efficiency.
