    Machine Learning for Natural Language Processing

    This lecture provides an introduction to advanced topics in the area of Natural language processing, with a focus on Deep Learning-based methods.

    Some topics of the lecture are:

    • Convolutional Neural Networks
    • Recurrent Neural Networks
    • Transformers and Large Language Models
    • Introduction to PyTorch

    NLP Topics:

    • Word Embeddings
    • Sentiment Analysis
    • Text Generation

    The lecture will take place on Thursday, 12:30 - 14:00 in Übungsraum 1. The first lecture will be on April 20th, 2023.

    The exam registration will be done via WueStudy.
