Fee
The external participants will stay in hotels in downtown Würzburg (on a first-come first-serve basis). The fees for external participants are as follows:
- the school itself,
- lunches at the university cafeteria,
- accomodation (Sun-Fri) in a hotel (including breakfast), and
- a guided city tour (Wednesday afternoon)

Travel instructions
The nearest airports to Würzburg are Frankfurt (120 km), Stuttgart (150 km) and Munich (280 km). From there you can get to Würzburg directly by train. For further information visit www.bahn.de.
To get from downtown to the Institute, use bus line 14 from bus stop "Barbarossaplatz" to "Mathematisches Institut" (direction "Gerbrunn"). The bus ride takes roughly 15 minutes. You can see the locations on this map.
