PaDaWaN (Data Query Tool)

PaDaWaN is is designed for the analysis of data related to a focus, e.g. patients of a hospital, of a clinical register / study but also for non-medical domains like students of an university or cases of knowledge-based systems etc. The data is loaded into a database by an ETL-process (extract, transform, load) and can be queried or exported by an comfortable GUI. In addition to structured data, PaDaWaN offeres also advanced features for querying textual data.

PaDaWaN is an open-source-framework of Wuerburg university. It has been developed with support from the Comprehensive Heart Failure Center (CHFC) since 2011.
